I was very depressed and felt very lost, everyone there really helped me by education, peer support, friendship and by finally able to volunteer my time. This organization helped me from the beginning of my depression to gratefully the end of it. I would reccomend this to anyone who is in any type of mental illness for understnding and friendship

I have been going for 8 months and from where I was to where I am and where the future holds I'm stronger and have more peace my life has more hope there's nothing wrong with pit stops and time outs instead of the pits aND being knocked out
